Episode 24: How To Use The Behavior Chain Process To Improve Emotional OverEating Patterns
Your overeating episodes actually hold the key to your freedom from these behaviors. When you become curious about what was going on in your life and within that contributed to your eating episode, then you’re able to empower yourself to identify new ways to support yourself and meet your true needs so that you don’t continue to spiral in unconscious eating patterns. There IS a function for your behaviors, you just have to become aware of what that is. In this episode, I use my own cookie-eating episode to demonstrate how you can use the behavior chain process to give you insight into your eating patterns according to The 5 Bodies of Health, and how you can use this insight to improve your patterns moving forward. I also share tips for creating a morning ritual, cleansing your energy, shifting your awareness and creating energy boundaries with people who drain your energy.
