Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), also known as tapping, is one of my favorite self-help tools that I used on my own recovery journey and that I facilitate with clients to support them in processing the mental, emotional and energetic aspects of their internal struggle that often is driving their tendency to feed their feelings.
