A huge mindset shift you can make is understanding that HOW you eat is as important as what you eat. In today’s episode, we look at a personal practice you can do on a daily basis to cultivate greater self-awareness and compassion, which is the first step to change and also to break the emotional eating cycle. Then I share one of my favorite passages that explains the impact of consuming both food and life’s experiences from a place of love versus a place of fear, and how this impacts the physical, mental and emotional body. You’ll also be challenged to consider what in your life you’re not digesting, which may be contributing to your struggle.
