Episode 13: The Empowered Eating Process

In this episode, I’m sharing with you a training from my group coaching program Innergize Your Life, that walks you through The Empowered Eating Process. This is a process I’ve designed to improve how you eat, so that you can discern what you are truly hungry for and nourish yourself in the best way possible according to what your unique being and body needs.

Remember, practice makes permanent. It's likely that if you tend to eat mindlessly, hurriedly or on autopilot that you've simply developed a habit of eating quickly and unconsciously.

Through intentional practice, you can retrain yourself to approach eating at mealtimes with a whole new level of awareness and enjoyment that truly nourishes your body, mind and soul.
