I recently met Sara Marie Miller at an apothecary in Boulder, where she created for me a customized flower essence blend to support my healing on an emotional, mental and energetic level. I became fascinated with learning about the healing power of plants, and invited Sara onto the podcast to share her impressive knowledge as a clinical herbalist and flower essence practitioner (among many other things). I’ve observed more and more of us hearing the call of nature to return to our roots and the ancient wisdom of our ancestors.
