Episode 7: Mindset Shift On Being Better (Stop It!)
If you have a narrative running that you need to be better, eat better, or have a better body in order to feel good, like yourself or have the life you desire, then this episode is for you. I explain the energetics of the word “better” and how it can subconsciously imply “not enough” and therefore activate a frequency of shame and self-loathing about how you are in this present moment. I advocate for why you should stop using the word “better” and offer alternative ways that you can speak about yourself and your desires to improve how you think, feel and behave that are energetically aligned with self-love and acceptance, not self-judgment. Making this one shift in how you think and speak about yourself can have dramatic effects on how you feel and therefore how you choose to nourish and move your body.
