Episode 1: The 5 Bodies of Health — My Map To Doing The Inner Work
After a 5 year recovery journey and 10 year career specializing in food and eating issues, there is one thing I can say confidently: your struggle with food is NOT just about food.
In this first episode, I share with you my framework for conceptualizing overeating issues called the 5 Bodies of Health, and give a brief overview of the physical, mental, emotional, energetic and soul bodies that may be underling your struggle with food. This will give you insight into your own self so you can identify areas you may benefit from focusing on addressing in your healing journey (other than going on another diet or trying to control food, ick).
